    Ingredients: Activated pesticide free almond, organic coconut,

    organic flax seed, Himalayan salt, grain-free baking powder,

    organic cinnamon

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    You will need:

    6 large eggs (or egg substitute for vegans)

    1 can Coconut milk/cream

     

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Easy steps to home-made grain-free loaf (no kneading, no waiting)

    Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 160°C. Line bread tins with baking paper. 

    Step 2: Add eggs and coconut liquid in to another bowl and mix well.  Add in the  contents from the Performce Bread mix. Mix quickly with a fork or wooden spoon.  Less mixing ensures a better result.

    Step 3: Pour into tin(s) lined with baking paper. We recommend you make two smaller loaves in 500g tins (15 x 9 x 7cm). This cuts down on baking time and helps with portion control.

    Sprinkle with nuts or seeds for added wow!

    Step 4: Bake in a moderate oven (160°C) for 50- 60 mins. Remove from oven

    And cool slightly before turning out onto a cooling rack. The loaf tastes great with good fats such as avocado, grass-fed butter and nut butters.

    Refrigerate your loaf and use within 7 days or freeze the sliced loaf and use within 3 weeks.
