To Access the Workshop:

1. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with the Zoom application installed on the scheduled date and time.
2. Approximately 10 minutes before the workshop begins

Please come dressed comfortably, in clothing that allows freedom of movement. Have a water bottle nearby and create a quiet and comfortable space to engage in the workshop activities fully. Gather socks, cushions, and blankets near you so they are easily accessible during the class.
